At 23 years old I walked away from a job that was making me miserable and booked a one way ticket. No savings, no safety net, just a camera and the belief that there had to be more to life than sitting at a desk for someone who didn't respect me.
Since then I have travelled solo through Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, and Vietnam and made it my mission to experience every destination the real way.
Not from an expensive villa with a nice car and a matcha. From the streets, the local markets, the family restaurants and the conversations with strangers that turn into the stories worth telling.
I take pride in immersing myself into every culture I find myself in, eating the food, learning the customs and spending real time with the people who actually live there.
I grew up in Oregon knowing exactly what it feels like to think travel is out of reach. It isn't. Money is the most common excuse people use to not act on their dreams and I have made it my job to prove that wrong, one honest unscripted trip at a time.
